Although there is no direct proof of the existence is the DOS port of the game, the DOS ports is largely referenced on many websites on the Internet[2][3][4][5]. The year of game release is unable to found, but since Amiga version was first published in year 1993[6], there can be assumed that the DOS port was released around the same time period.
