The Realmagic/Reelmagic MPEG Decoder card was an obscure card that made it so that slow PCs with 386/486 or slow pentiums could playback very high quality 30fps or higher video (in some instances) at up to 32 bit color in resolutions as high as 1280x1024 (later cards may have changed this, but no games were really written for the final cards)

when released, they cost a lot of money, around $700+, and as a result, some software developed for them either didn't really come out, only came out as a demo, or was not released in large quantities.

MPEG/Realmagic/reelmagic editions of software would feature FMV close to DVD quality in fullscreen instead of tiny bad quality grainy windows, and sometimes have different dialogue options or paths not included in standard editions:

lastly: here are some scans of boxes, demo cds, booklets, manuals for the two realmagic cards I own, perhaps it may help in the search since the booklets and mpeg files show some of the games and developers

If anyone uncovers any of these rare articles of history and does not own a card capable of running the software, I'll gladly run it on my amd k6 DOS/windows 3.1 PC with one of the two realmagic cards I own and get us some high quality footage.
