'First Love, Fatal Love' was an HBO special about "love and AIDs," dramatizing the true story of a woman named Kim Frey. An article about the docudrama was written in The Baltimore Sun, which stated that the half-hour special aired on April 09, 1991 and then repeated on April 15, 20, 25 and 28. [1] In addition to featuring real-life segments with Kim Frey, the special also consisted of dramatized segments featuring actors such as Alexandra Auder, Steve Zahn, and Parker Posey.
