What's up guys, dycaite, back again (finally, right?) and straight off the bat I wanna give a big thanks to kobo for filling in for me on the previous two notice board posts, much appreciated, dude!
Can you believe it’s already April? Me neither, probably because it’s May. But nevertheless, we’re back with another update for you all!

Well, it's rolled around to that time of year again, the anniversary of the LMW! I know, I know, we're a few days past the 30th of November, but y'know what they say, "better late than never" ^__^' Big, big thanks to everybody who has contributed to the site and the community over the past 6 years, I've said it before, but I'll say it again because it's true - the LMW wouldn't be what it is today without you guys, so, from the bottom of my heart, thank you all :) Happy 6th anniversary!

And while we're here, why not go over some recent lost media news? Let's get right into it:

* A lost episode of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit has been partially found! Over in Japan, a 16mm home copy of "Neck 'n' Neck" (cut down to two minutes from its original runtime of five) was found to be in the possession of anime historian Yasushi Watanabe, having purchased it during his high school years, at a toy shop near his home in Osaka, nearly 70 years ago. Watanabe learned of the cartoon's significance after reading David Bossert's 2017 Oswald the Lucky Rabbit: The Search for the Lost Disney Cartoons; it is currently being held by Kobe Planet Film Archive (one of Japan's largest private film collections) and there are reportedly talks of the short potentially being screened for animation scholars at an event in Los Angeles. Whatever the case may be, here's hoping it's made available to the public soon! You can read more about it here and here.

* Collaborator and long time supporter of the LMW, blameitonjorge recently came across a newspaper clipping from the March 27, 1992 issue of the LA Times, featuring some official dialogue from the lost "Snuffy's Parents Get a Divorce" episode of Sesame Street! The clipping in question can be found here; thanks Jorge!

* 50 seconds of previously lost footage from King Koopa's Kool Kartoons has emerged! Found by YouTuber Neeel, the footage from the show's 1989 Thanksgiving marathon was made available on his channel back in August, and can be seen via the above embed! While 50 seconds might not seem very significant to some, with a show as rare as this, every little bit really does help; thanks Neeel!

* YouTuber and LMW contributor SSTEAS recently came into possession of a very rare promotional Pepsi Sampler PS1 disc from 1997 that was never made commercially available, and of which not even a single image of the slipcase was available online - until now! SSTEAS has graciously scanned his copy and provided the scans in a video on his channel, you can check it out via the above embed; thanks SSTEAS!
First off, our talented collaborator LSuperSonicQ has two new lost media videos! The first is his final video on Astrology with Squidward, concluding the search after new information was thought to be found by YouTuber SSTEAS. The second is on lost Johnny Bravo spin-off blocks, including Viva Las Bravo and Toon FM, both in the same vein as JBVO. Be sure to check both videos out above!

* YouTuber Eclipse of Fire Productions has recently instigated an effort to have the lost "Am I Beautiful? Kuchisake-onna" episode of Ghost Stories released; this project, dubbed #FinishTheStories, is the kind of initiative I like to see in campaigning for forgotten pieces of media to be unearthed by their respective creators and as such, I figured I'd give Eclipse of Fire Productions and their #FinishTheStories project a shout out here. You can watch a video on the initiative via the above embed!
Moving onto the finds:
*As previously announced, Future Thoughts Productions have been officially uploading lost episodes of their series Crime Time. Since the last notice board was posted, they’ve uploaded another 8 episodes. Thank you again for continuing to help out!
*LMW user Pokematic has uploaded 2 new episodes of the 1988 Little People series after finding them at a thrift store: “Christmas Fun” and “Jokes Riddles and Rhymes”. Thanks for taking the time to transfer them!
*The first episode of Korean animated series Giga Tribe was uploaded officially uploaded by G&G Entertainment to their “G Kids TV” channel. It is split into 4 parts, and can be seen here: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4
*YouTube user Knordob has uploaded 2 more segments from Nightmare Ned: “Testing… Testing…” and “The Accordion Lesson”. With these found, the entire series is complete, minus the original English dub of episode 3. Thank you so much for helping to complete the set!
*An episode of the Canadian series My Special Book was uploaded by YouTube user Logan Maxwell, and can be seen here. Though the video is low quality, this is still the only episode out of 90 to have ever surfaced, so big thanks!
*Another Welcome to Pooh Corner special, “Responsible Persons”, has been found by YouTube user Shroomy (Shroomy3DO on the wiki). Thanks!
*YouTuber “Media Finder” has been living up to their name, uploading 2 new episodes of Kratt’s Creatures: “Hyenas are Cool” and “Three Cool Cats”. Thanks a lot!
*Now on to video games, a Cartoon Network point-and-click game from 1995 called The Quest grabbed everyone’s interest after some varying descriptions of it popped up around the internet with only a single YouTube clip to show for it. However, as quickly as it was discovered, it was found! Thanks to Twitter user Alex McG for sharing the game, which can be downloaded here.
*LMW user TheDiscordDrummer has uncovered the second Learning Voyage game, “Sand Trapped!”, from a .res file uploaded to a forum in 2017. Good job!
*Finally, 5 tracks from J-Pop duo W’s third album W3: Faithful have been released on an EP titled Choi Waru Devil. This comes over 10 years after the album was cancelled and the duo disbanded.
Those are all the finds (thanks again to Ryanskip for keeping on top of them), but one last thing – we’re making some changes to the discord! We’ve added a new lost-media-related channel for general talk about anything the wiki covers, in addition to the regular search channels. We’ve also added a Question of the Day feature and a media restoration channel, so feel free to come by and check it out! Anyways, that’s all for this time, so see you later!

That's gunna do it for today, guys! Once again, a big, big thank you to everyone who has made this place what it is over the past 6 years, I truly am immensely grateful. Here's hoping for another great year of LMW over the next 12 months; until next time, cyas!
With all my heart,

LSuperSonicQ's video on Astrology with Squidward

LSuperSonicQ's video on Johnny Bravo spin-off blocks

Nightmare Ned episode "Testing... Testing..."

Can you believe it’s already April? Me neither, probably because it’s May. But nevertheless, we’re back with another update for you all!

Moving onto the finds:

Those are all the finds (thanks again to Ryanskip for keeping on top of them), but one last thing – we’re making some changes to the discord! We’ve added a new lost-media-related channel for general talk about anything the wiki covers, in addition to the regular search channels. We’ve also added a Question of the Day feature and a media restoration channel, so feel free to come by and check it out! Anyways, that’s all for this time, so see you later!

With all my heart,
