Kid Thulhu and the Jan Ken Bunch' was a Flash game being developed for the Newgrounds 'Power of Three' event by Psycosis91, TheWaves, and Edd Gould in 2009.

Gameplay

The gameplay would follow a kid version of Cthulhu fighting in Megaman style combat against the 'Jan Ken Bunch', which were based on Rock-Paper-Scissors.

announcement

The announcement was made in late May of 2009. Edd stated: "I have also formed a group with Psycosis91 and TheWaves for the Newgrounds ‘Power of Three‘ summer event - which basically means we shall be making a game together over the next few months, hopefully meaning it will be an awesome game!"

Word continued to be released on this game until mid-August of 2009 when the game was officially dubbed "Kid Thulhu and the Jan Ken Bunch'" and was destined to be a platformer. Unfortunately, shortly after this announcement, word on the game was all but made; the updates stopped around late September of 2009. Not one screenshot was released to the fans.

Status

Shortly after the release of the second part of "The End" was released(Which was intended to be the series' finale), Pycosis91 made a post on Newgrounds about his time working with Edd. In the post, he mentioned the game and stated that due to the facts that he was starting university at the time and that Edd had shifted his focus on making his series, Eddsworld, ultimately led to production falling through. He stated that the concept went fairly far into development with 3 of the 6 planned levels being complete; he also stated that he believes it may be possible for it to see the light of day sometime.
