(Article still needs to be cleaned up more, but I think this is good for now, since it was really outdated. I think the Marsupilami title card on this article should be replaced with the Sebastian the Crab title card.)

In 1992, Disney adapted Andre Franquin's popular Franco-Belgian comic book series '''''Marsupilami''''' to United States television as part of anthology series ''Raw Toonage'' on CBS, and was spun off into its own half-hour series on the same network the following year. The half-hour series featured three segments per episode: the first would be an all-new short starring Marsupilami, and the third and final was a repeat from ''Raw Toonage''. In the middle was two alternating segments: five episodes would feature Bill Kopp's ''Shnookums and Meat'' (which itself would be spun off into [[The Shnookums and Meat Funny Cartoon Show (partially lost episodes of Disney animated series; 1995)|a full series for The Disney Afternoon in January 1995 that, ironically, itself has also only been partially lost]]), while the remaining eight starred Sebastian, the Samuel E. Wright-voiced crab from Disney's animated feature ''The Little Mermaid''.

However, some of the ''Sebastian the Crab'' segments still remain lost, and the series itself is partially found.

While most of the ''Marsupilami'' segments have shown up online, as have several ''Shnookums and Meat'' shorts, both from ''Marsupilami'' and the spin-off, none of the ''Sebastian the Crab'' segments have surfaced, not even the ''Raw Toonage'' hosting segments which were edited into the short "Flambe, Bombe". All that has been seen of the shorts, at least in North America, since 2009, when ''Marsupilami'' last reran on Toon Disney (and Toon Disney was replaced by Disney XD), is a silent version of the intro pulled from a Portuguese-language upload on YouTube,  and an Arabic-language song.

The Title Card for the anthology series Marsupilami, where the Sebastian the Crab segements would air.

Status: Partially Found

In 1992, Disney adapted Andre Franquin's popular Franco-Belgian comic book series Marsupilami to the United States as part of the anthology series Raw Toonage on CBS. It would receive its own half-hour spin-off series on the same network the following year, known simply as Marsupilami. The half-hour series featured three segments per episode: the first would be an all-new short starring Marsupilami, and the third and final was a repeat from Raw Toonage. In the middle was two alternating segments: five episodes would feature Bill Kopp's Shnookums and Meat (a series that was once formerly lost), while the remaining eight starred Sebastian, the Samuel E. Wright-voiced crab from Disney's animated feature The Little Mermaid.[1] Over the years, many formerly lost Raw Toonage and Marsupilami segments have surfaced online. However, some of the Sebastian the Crab segments still remain lost, and the series itself is partially found.
