Mortal Kombat X: Generations was supposed as an american web series anthology adapted from the fictional universe of the Mortal Kombat video game franchise. It was a spin off of the webseries Mortal Kombat Legacy that debuted on Machinima's YouTube channel in 2011 and had two seasons.

Premisse
Mortal Kombat X: Generations would be a prequel antecedent of the events that culminates the plot from the game Mortal Kombat X. The Story start 20 years into the future of the 2011 retcon, emphasizing a new generation cast of offspring from the veterans characters of the franchise and other new characters like D'vorah and Erron Black in an anthology format like the past seasons of Mk Legacy.
