'''UPDATE 30 DECEMBER 2014:''' Sebvannistel had just said on the comments section of this page that a VHS tape of the programme, "[http://www.amazon.co.uk/Well-Done-Noddy-Richard-Briers/dp/B000MHCX3I/ref=pd_sim_sbs_d_h__1?ie=UTF8&refRID=18TREEG868CERJ67A1PM Well Done Noddy] ", is available on Amazon! But that's not enough... another VHS tape, "[http://www.amazon.co.uk/Noddy-Goes-Toyland-Mark-Hall/dp/B000MRHADG/ref=pd_sim_sbs_v_h__1?ie=UTF8&refRID=0MD9XRYPVQGJ1D4CSFHZ Noddy Goes to Toyland]" is available there too! Both videos were released by Channel 5 Video in 1986 (although the description on the latter incorrectly stated as being released by "Copyright Promotions/Stop Frame").

A screencap of the show.

Status: Partially Found

The popular children's book Noddy by Enid Blyton has been turned into several children's TV programmes, some of which can be found on video streaming sites and torrents. However, this '70s version (simply titled Noddy) is not very common, with only a selection of episodes released on home video and on the internet, however they were taken down earlier in 2014, likely due to the user getting suspended. They have since been reuploaded.

The Noddy Wikipedia page states this stop-motion show ran from 1975 to 1982, but doesn't specify how many episodes or seasons were made. It is possible that only two seasons were made as two separate intros were created (which is also the case with another show Brian Cosgrove and Mark Hall worked on titled Chorlton and the Wheelies).
