Status: Lost

In 2008, Post Cereals released a game for their Postopia website called Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm’s Bedrock Dance Academy. It was a dancing game that featured the characters from The Flintstones TV show and Cocoa Pebbles commercials. The game play was similar to that of Dance Dance Revolution where the player would have to press the arrows that correlate with the arrows in the game screen.

Availability

The game can only be played as a demo through the Postopia website whereas the full version of the game would have to be downloaded into a PC to play. The Postopia website was closed in 2011, which caused the game to no longer be available for download and neither the game nor the demo was archived in the Wayback Machine, thus causing the game to be lost.

The Dance Pad

One major difference between this game and Dance Dance Revolution is that while most Dance Dance Revolution dance pads are for home consoles, the one used for Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm’s Bedrock Dance Academy is made exclusively for PC since the game is an online computer game and the dance pad has a USB connector. The dance pad could only be purchased through mail order by mailing $5.00, two UPCs (The barcode that is found on the bottom of every cereal box), and an order form which can be found in boxes of Cocoa Pebbles cereal that advertised the dance pad or by printing out the order form through the Bedrock Dance Academy main webpage in the official Postopia website. Due to the game's obscurity and the dance pad being purchased through mail order only, the dance pad cannot be found or purchased online.
