'''''Phineas and Ferb: Spot the Diff''''' was a two-hour-long special that aired on August 8th, 2008, on the Disney Channel early in the run of ''Phineas and Ferb''. In this event, episodes were minorly altered, such as abnormalities in a character's hairstyle, color scheme, and other things as a challenge for viewers to find the total number of such differences in an episode, which could then be seen on the official website for the show.
On August 8, 2008, the Disney Channel aired a two-hour long event called '''''Phineas and Ferb: Spot the Diff''''' where four episodes were each played twice in a row. The episodes featured in this special were “The Fast and The Phineas”, “Toy to the World”, “Lawn Gnome Beach Party of Terror”, and “It’s a Mud, Mud, Mud, Mud World”.

The original version of an episode would air first, and an altered version would air second. In the altered version, minor things would be changed from the original, such as a character’s hairstyle for a shot, or an object changing appearance.

Viewers were encouraged to disneychannel.com to view the rules of this event and print off a score card to keep track of the differences between the original and the altered version of each episode.

Afterwards, viewers could go online and take four quizzes about the differences between each episode. If they correctly answered the questions on each of the quizzes, they would be shown two ''Phineas and Ferb'' episodes that had yet to air at the time, those being “Put That Putter Away” and “Does This Duckbill Make Me Look Fat?”

Recently, the original creator of this post was contacted by someone from El Salvador, saying that the lost episodes from the "Spot the Diff" marathon are available on a Latin-American website called pyflatino.com. The episodes are only available in Spanish but are of good quality.
The altered versions of the episodes were originally uploaded to vid.me by a user named The Zapster, but this account was later terminated. However, another user downloaded the videos before they were deleted and uploaded them to archive.org, where they are still available to watch at the time of writing.
The episodes included in the Marathon are "The Fast and the Phineas" (English and Spanish), "Toy to the World" (Spanish), "Lawn Gnome Beach Party of Terror" (Spanish), and "It's a Mud, Mud, Mud, Mud World" (Spanish).

All episodes were uploaded to YouTube by the user the_driver_2001 and were available in Spanish only. Those have since been taken down for copyright. On June 16th, 2017, "TheZapster" ("Bootleg Frog" on the Wiki) uploaded all the episodes to Vid.me in English; however, Vid.me has since shut down. On July 21st, 2018, he has re-uploaded all of them to Internet Archive.
