Pink Crows was a cartoon band, created as a side project of the artist NOBODY. They released three singles in 1985.
According to the Japanese Wikipedia article for the band, Sunrise was involved with them in an animation production capacity, and an article about them in My Anime magazine's April 1985 issue shows many images that seem to be taken from an animated video of the band (presumably a music video).
No trace of this music video seems to be available anywhere online, at least anywhere easily found without knowing Japanese.
