On March 1st, 2011, gossiper Perez Hilton shared major spoilers about American reality television competition RuPaul's Drag Race's Season 3 winner; revealing former competitor Raja had won the contest almost two months before it's "Season Finale" (aired May 2nd, 2011).[1]
Season Finale formatting has been changed (Season 4 up to Season 12). Since 2012, finale has been held in front of a live audience, multiple endings has been filmed in order to prevent spoilers, as those revealed for Season 3; thus each season winner has being announced as it's Season Finale is aired.[2][3] Footage and audio visuals of runner up drag queens acting as if they had won the crown remains unaired.

Alternate Lipsyncs
In order to avoid spoilers involving final runner ups, alternate lipsyncs for the crown could have been filmed (based on reactions by the queens watching the final episode of each season) those lipsyncs' existence have yet to confirmed.
