A fourth English dub of Crayon Shin-chan has been produced, after the ones by Vitello and Phuuz, and FUNimation Entertainment. This dub was produced in Hong Kong by Red Angel Media in 2015[1] and was commissioned by LUK Internacional, the company that produces the Spanish, Portuguese, the second Italian and the second French dubs of Crayon Shin-chan and commissioned the Doraemon dub that aired on Boomerang UK (different from the dub that aired in the U.S. on Disney XD).

Michael Pizzuto was the voice actor of Hiroshi Nohara.[2] World Worm Studios composer Gary Gibbons was the Musical Director, Producer and English Director for the opening and closing theme songs.[3][4] Russell Wait was involved with the dub production.[5]

The dub was translated from LUK Internacional's Spanish dub, which is close to the Japanese original and has no censorship.

The first three volumes of the dub were released in the European and South African Nintendo 3DS eShop on December 22nd, 2016,[6] and the fourth and fifth volumes were released on December 29th, 2016.[7] The dub is separated into five volumes, with the first volume being free while the other four cost €1.99/£1.79. The first volume contains two episodes while the other four contain 6 episodes each which makes 26 episodes in total.[8][9][10][11][12]

Although the five volumes were delisted in 2018, the Nintendo 3DS software files for each one are still available online. The episodes have been recorded using OBS alongside a video player made to decode Nintendo 3DS .moflex format files, and posted on a YouTube playlist by user DigitalOmega97. While they were taken down, the original files have been converted to .mkv format and uploaded to MEGA by the Crayon Shin-chan English Preservation/Research Discord server.[13]
