Soldam (partially found build of cancelled Famicom port of arcade puzzle game; 1993)
Soldam (ソルダム) is a falling block puzzle game for arcade released by Jaleco in 1992. The plan was to release a Famicom port in July 1993, but it was never released, partly because it was time to move the console to Super Famicom.
Prototype ROM[edit | edit source]
On December 10, 2016, a prototype of Soldam was shown for the first time at the "Jaleco Exhibition," organized by City Connection, which owns Jaleco's intellectual property, allowing visitors to play the game in person.[1][2]
On November 28, 2017, Soldam was also displayed at a Princess Cafe (a Japanese café chain that has been collaborating with various media contents for a limited time) in Akihabara.[3][4]
Soundtrack[edit | edit source]
On May 14, 2017, a soundtrack CD for the remake Soldam Bloom Declaration was released, which also included music from the Famicom version.

Soldam was to be included in the second volume, the Jaleco Collection.[6] However, no release date has been announced for the second volume as of January 2023.
