A music video for their 2012 song "Somedays", from the album ''Weapons'', was supposed to be released in 2013, but it never saw the light of day for a dark reason. The video was directed by Luke Reynolds.

About two weeks after the video shooting, Watkins was arrested and charged for various sex crimes against children. Lostprophets broke up in October 2013. In November of that year, Watkins was later convicted of many of these charges and [http://guardianlv.com/2013/12/ian-watkins-child-sex-charges-details/ sentenced to 29 years in prison and six more on extended license]. He is now a registered sex offender for life, and Watkins must serve 20 years before being considered for parole.
Other former members of Lostprophets have formed a new band called No Devotion and no longer wish to be associated with Lostprophets. Due to this, any footage of the music video is unlikely to be released.

The music video for "Somedays" is almost certainly considered lost. The other members of Lostprophets, who have formed a new band called No Devotion, have disowned their old band name after Watkins was found guilty. They, Fearless Records, Sony Music Entertainment, or the video's director have probably destroyed the music video's footage.

Lostprophets were a Welsh rock band active from 1997 to 2013, known for their 2006 single "Rooftops (A Liberation Broadcast)".

On December 3rd, 2012, lead singer Ian Watkins tweeted that he was on his way to shoot a music video for the band's upcoming single "Somedays".[1] Watkins and guitarist Lee Gaze were the only band members present at the video shooting. The other members would appear in archive footage in the final product.

About two weeks after the video's filming, Watkins was arrested and charged with various sex crimes relating to alleged sexual assaults on numerous children, some as young as two years old. Lostprophets broke up in October 2013. A month later, Watkins pleaded guilty to 13 charges, including attempted rape and sexual assault of a child under 13. He is currently serving 29 years in prison at HM Prison Long Lartin in Worcestershire, England.

Other former members of Lostprophets have formed a new band called No Devotion and no longer wish to be associated with Lostprophets. Due to this, any footage of the music video is unlikely to be released.
