Lostprophets were a Welsh rock band active from 1997 to 2012, whose popularity peaked between 2003 and 2006.

A music video for their 2012 song "Somedays", from the album Weapons, was supposed to be released in 2013, but it never saw the light of day for a dark reason. The video was directed by Luke Reynolds.

On December 3, 2012, lead singer Ian Watkins tweeted that he was on his way to shoot a music video. According to Wikipedia, the music video was for "Somedays", from their 2012 album Weapons. Watkins and guitarist Lee Gaze were the only band members present at the video shooting. The other members would appear in archive footage in the final product.

About two weeks after the video shooting, Watkins was arrested and charged for various sex crimes against children. Lostprophets broke up in October 2013. In November of that year, Watkins was later convicted of many of these charges and sentenced to 29 years in prison and six more on extended license. He is now a registered sex offender for life, and Watkins must serve 20 years before being considered for parole.

The music video for "Somedays" is almost certainly considered lost. The other members of Lostprophets, who have formed a new band called No Devotion, have disowned their old band name after Watkins was found guilty. They, Fearless Records, Sony Music Entertainment, or the video's director have probably destroyed the music video's footage.
