Status: Lost

Sorcerian is a Japanese ARPG (action role-playing game) that was developed and published by Nihon Falcom and was the fifth Dragon Slayer game. It was originally released on the NEC PC-8801 on December 20th, 1987 and has since been released and remade on several other platforms, including other NEC PC machines, the Mega Drive, and the MSX2. An English release of the original game was made for PC/DOS in the early 90s by Sierra Entertainment. Alongside that release, several other ports were also announced, but these ports never saw the light of day.

The other platforms that Sierra planned to release this on included the Atari ST, the Amiga, the Apple IIGS, and the Macintosh.[1] All of these plus the PC/DOS port were announced in issue 149 of Dragon Magazine about a year before the release. No other info can be found on the unreleased ports, and it's unknown if any development was made on any of them or if there are any prototypes somewhere.
