My guess is that the company itself was so sneaky and unprofessional, that they simply didn't make a ton of copies but somehow managed to sell the minimal stock they had overnight- kinda just like a hit or miss/cult thing.

I can't imagine them sending dozens of copies to other online sites even if the Amazon listing was forced down. I also feel like if Viacom was involved at all, they would have put the company out of business for publishing and distributing unauthorized merchandise containing arguably their most valuable property.

I'm probably really wrong, but that's what I thought.
