It was concluded that the most possible channel that aired "Pink Morning Cartoon" was WGCT/WINJ (or Channel 8). WGCT-CD is an independent channel in Columbus Ohio, which, unlike the other two channels that Jenkem mentioned, it aired cartoons. In 1998-2006, former owner Ella (Louise) Flowers was featured in many religious and musical programs. Assuming that "Pink Morning Cartoon" was a religious and a musical program, it would make sense for Ella Flowers to have narrated and sung in the cartoon (and also it fits exactly MoriaOrc's description). Ella Flowers passed away in 2017. The Central Ohio Association of Christian Broadcasters (the current owner of WGCT) doesn't know about it since they got the ownership of the channel in 2010. An email is sent to WGCT and there is still no response as of July 2020.

On April 16th, 2007 YouTuber "Jenkem Chic" uploaded the first "Pink Morning Cartoon" video titled "?????". In this video, a low-quality VHS rip of said: "Pink Morning Cartoon" in which a man is narrating a family consisting of a mother, a daughter, and a son all trying on hats in a "hat room". Two years later on July 12th, 2009 Jenkem Chic's uploaded "Pink Morning Cartoon". This video would be an extended cut of "?????" with better graphics and audio. The description reads:
"I did not edit this. It was on an old VHS tape that I had. I would see this come on typically around 5am in the late 1990s early 2000s. If anyone knows what this is, or who made it, please message me."

The next installment would be later that day where Jenkem would upload "Everythings Coming Up Spring". This video is a song about spring and the animals. This video is the first video not involving a family implying that "Pink Morning Cartoon" wasn't story-driven and more of a variety cartoon. Jenkem would return to Reddit in 2020 under the name "u/rubbedlung" to post again about PMC on r/obscuremedia. In a comment replying to u/C89RUO questioning the authenticity of the video Jenkem states:

"Welp I can't vouch for its credibility but I can tell you that it was on Columbus, OH public access at like 4:30 AM in the late 90s. Little before creepy pasta I think it was actually a religious based show for children that was made out of someones home and shown on PA. Any creepiness is assumed to be unintentional but is nonetheless completely apparent. I was actually hoping that someone would recognize it but I won't hold my breath."[1]
Additionally, on a previous LMW forum thread titled "Unsettling Animated TV Bumpers of Completely Unknown Origin" additional information is provided about the show "most likely airing on Channel 2 or Channel 53".[2] A YouTube comment on "Everythings Coming Up Spring" by YouTuber "The Inspektor" states:
"I'm pretty sure this isn't from public access but from a religious satellite broadcast provider known as Sky Angel. They're defunct now but they had been going since 1996 and I grew up with all these really obscure, low budget Christian shows they aired. This was likely one of them."
But this could just be here say for likes or overflow from the video made by "blameitonjorge" on the topic.

The majority of this series and information remain lost and efforts will continue towards finding the series in full.

A Q&A with Jenkem was held in the Discord server on June 30th, 2020. In that Q&A, Jenkem concluded that he had more footage of "Pink Morning Cartoon", the clips originated from a VHS mix-tape that was sent to him by his friend, "Pink Morning Cartoon" was most likely from a local station (over-the-air) and the possible channels that it might have aired are WGCT/WINJ (or Channel 8), WSFJ (or Channel 19) and WQMC (or Channel 23).

Another Q&A was held in the Discord server on July 1st, 2020, with Jenkem's friend, MoriaOrc. MoriaOrc claimed that it was part of a religious show hosted primarily by an older woman who also did the voicing in the cartoon.
