The Chronicles of Rick Roll was a planned movie that was written and produced by Andrew Fischer. The movie made its way around the internet in February of 2011, when a teaser trailer featuring Antoine Dodson (Bed Intruder song guy), Bear Vasquez (double rainbow guy), Ben Schulz (Leeroy Jenkins), Brian Collins (Boom goes the dynamite), Jack and Stephen Quire (Freakout kid and brother), and Gary Brolsma (Numa Numa guy). This quickly created hype for the movie and news outlets like CNN and Business Insider picked up the story.

The movie reportedly had a $60 million budget, actors like Mark Christopher Lawrence, John Henningan, and James Butler were rumored to be in the movie. There was some official promotional material made for the movie. At San Diego Comic-Con 2012, Andrew Fischer held a private pre-production event where it was revealed the movie was slated for a 2013 release date. Soon the release date was pushed back to 2014. After 2013, no updates have been published about the movie. The movie was never released in 2014 after the 2014 pushback date. It is unknown what happened during the production of the movie and why it was never released.

Plot

The plot of the film is that a man must save the love of his life after they were sucked into the internet. The film was said to have taken heavy inspiration from Alice in Wonderland. Nothing else regarding the film's plot and direction were never released during production.
