Status: Lost

On December 14, 2010, it was announced that Carrie-Anne Moss was to take the lead in an up and coming Lifetime tv series about a psychologist who leaves everything behind in order to reconnect with her sister.[1] The pilot was being produced by Michael Sardo and was competing with four other working titles to make it onto television. The project was not able to impress Lifetime executives and was shelved in 2011 with no footage surfacing since.

Plot

While the name for the project was never revealed, a plot was. In the pilot, Carrie-Anne Moss' character (who is unnamed) plays New York City's top celebrity psychologist, but her life is in shambles and her marriage is ruined. She leaves town in order to reunite with her sister (never named) who is a dean at a hospital school. There Carrie-Anne Moss' character becomes the chief of staff of the hospital's psychiatric ward.[2]

Cancellation

On July 27, 2011, media outlets reported that Carrie-Anne Moss' pilot was not picked up by Lifetime.[3] Instead, Lifetime opted to pickup Against the Wall and Exit 19.

Availability

As of the writing of this article, no material from the pilot has surfaced. Due to the fact the pilot was never picked up, it has never aired on television.
