| In 1998 valve made a critically acclaimed half life and was made for windows pc and 3 years later for the ps2 and a canceled dream cast port ( witch is found ). in 1999 a planed mac port was made at the last minute valve pulled the plug on half life for the mac right before its about to ship its also had something to do with sierra witch found out that the figures they were getting were nowhere near the projected sales, meaning the game would not sell enough to support the ongoing development it would need to keep it in sync with the updates to the PC version and with led to the port being canceled sadly it might be lost forever years later valve made half life blue shift opposing force all viable on mac witch you cant play today.
