Alan Moore's Watchmen is a 1986 comic maxiseries published by DC Comics. The comic was commercially successful and is one of the most critically acclaimed comics of the 1980's. However, despite Watchmen's popularity throughout the succeeding decades, the original script for the comic has never been publicly available.
