This lost scene from Willy wonka and the chocolate factory was filmed, but in the end left on the cutting room floor. The script for the scene is available to the public in the 2001 book " pure imagination." The scene is about a hiker who lost his group on a mountain and then he sees a guru. He asks the guru " what is the meaning of life?" The guru says " do you have wonka bar " the hiker says he does but it is his last thing of food and gives it to the guru and when the guru looks inside and sees no golden ticket he throws the bar across the cave. The hiker asks again " what is the meaning of life?" And the guru says " life is a disappointment." The script for the scene is on YouTube from the user josh Hoover. The link is https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ptnRRW9ApMU But the scene itself is lost, as it has never been seen by the public in theaters or on home video of any kind
