X-Men (formerly known as X-Men: Mind Games) is a cancelled Sega 32X action video game that was based on Marvel's X-Men comics. It was going to be developed by Scavenger and published by SEGA.

The game was advertised and even shown at E3 in 1995, but was cancelled presumably due to the bad sales figures of the 32X.

In August of 2009, a very early prototype was found and leaked by Ryo Suzuki of SegaSaturno.

One article in a game magazine showed that Wolverine was included as a playable character but in this early prototype, only Bishop is available. The final - or at least more developed - build of the game has yet to surface.
