The Andy Milonakis Show was a sketch comedy show airing from 2005 to 2007 on MTV2, with the first season of the show aired on MTV. When released on home video, many of the songs featured on the soundtrack were removed and replaced with generic in-house songs.
List of Missing Songs (Incomplete)
- I Miss My Homies by Master P, Episode 5 (Dr. Curly)
List of Found Songs
- Shut Up by Simple Plan, Episode 1 (untitled skit)
- Simon Says by Pharoahe Monch, Episode 1 (Dream Dream Dream) - Originally mislabeled as Clint Eastwood by Gorillaz
Ending Sequence
The show had a closing sequence that depicted Andy riding his dog Wubbie in a variety of green screen environments while Green Day's American Idiot plays in the background.
When the show was brought to home media on March 27th, 2006, the release had omitted Green Day from the soundtrack and replaced it with a generic rock track instead, possibly over rights issues or avoiding royalties.[1].
On September 6 2021, LMW user Halofan found three variations of the outro from the TV broadcasts, all using American Idiot as the closing track.
