Gamsonite (partially lost music from online label; 2012-2013)
Gamsonite was a Tumblr blog created and operated by London musician A. G. Cook[1] from 2012 to 2013. The blog was dedicated to releasing music made by him and his friends, as well as other media such as photography[2] and web design[3]. It also occasionally promoted live events that Gamsonite artists were to appear at[4]. The label is notable as it formed the early foundations for what would later become PC Music[5], a highly influential online label that played a central role in the development of the Bubblegum Bass and Hyperpop genres (so much so that music within these genres is often referred to as "PC Music", as if it were a genre itself - a sort of musical genericised trademark), with the label even going on to release music featuring superstar pop musician Carly Rae Jepsen[6].
Gamsonite released early music from artists such as A. G. Cook, GFOTY, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danny_L_Harle Danny L Harle] and even occasionally Kero Kero Bonito, as well as photography work by Hannah Diamond. Though much of this archive has been removed - likely because the artists don't align with the music anymore, or perhaps view it as amateur or unprofessional - a significant amount of missing Gamsonite content has since resurfaced or been recovered through other means online.

There also existed a separate blog dedicated to promoting Lil Gash' 'King of Fiji vol. 1' mixtape[32], though this also has been lost to time.
