Better quality version of the WPIX-TV EBS test found.

I was going through some tapes today and among the tapes I was looking at, I found a better quality copy of WPIX's EBS test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQ6FfC0Qks4

What's interesting is that one of the ID's shown in this test is for a station that's got absolutely nothing to it's record (W17AC-TV). I would suppose it was some kind of temporary relay, but what would its purpose have been?
