I found this website that appears to be legitimate, as it specializes in Cleveland Punk music (http://www.clepunk.com/bands/bernie.html).
The webpage has plenty of background information on the band, but also has three YouTube videos of the songs: 'I Don't Know What To Say,' 'Sad World' and 'In New York.'
