Rebellion (partially found Britney Spears song; 2006)
"Rebellion" is an unreleased song by Britney Spears, which was intended for her fifth studio album Blackout, but was ultimately scrapped.
Background
Around 2006, Spears uploaded two short snippets of upcoming songs "Rebellion," and "Little Me" onto her website, alongside a GIF of her face turning into a tiger, but these were deleted within a few days.
"Rebellion" has been described as one of the darkest songs she has recorded, due to the lyrics discussing her struggle against her label and peers.
The ASCAP repertoire lists two versions of the song.[1][2]
Lyrics website AZlyrics contains what may be the full set of lyrics. [3]
In 2019, Sam Lufti uploaded a picture of a vault containing Britney Spears CDs one of which lists a full version of "Rebellion" onto his Twitter account.
