Super Mario World: Mario Attack is a redemption arcade game developed by Banpresto in 1996. The gameplay involves landing Mario on items of different value in medals. It was only released in Japan and no ROM has been dumped.

From what I've seen (the screenshots, the youtube clip and the cabinet photo) the game is simply called "Super Mario Attack", unless that longer title is actually written elsewhere. Also, the title screen cap is mislabeled "Mario Roulette".

This isn't lost. Yes, the ROM hasn't been dumped, but it doesn't mean it's totally lost forever. Doing a Google search, I found Twitter video links of a person recording the intro sequence to the game, and also playing it.
