The same day, JayRidders232 uploaded a pitch-corrected version of the extended snippet to his YouTube account. The user, had provided details that he had recorded it off FM radio around the years of 2001-2002, and that it isn't recorded off a CD but a cassette tape.

On May 25th, 2024, the full version of this song was found by [https://www.youtube.com/@rootpaste mckiddie] and [https://www.youtube.com/@EpicMickey2AintBad Catato Corner]. It turned out to be the K-Girls song called "Drive Me", which was broadcast on radio in 2000.
One theory said the song was Made Me Cry by Madison Avenue but was proven to be false.


Another theory said the song was "Drive Me Crazy" by The Shakers. This was thought to have been debunked when a song of the same name was found on a Russian site, but was not truly debunked until user murphy on the Fond my Mind Discord server found a 30 second snippet of the song on a French site then the full track on YouTube.
