Status: Partially Found

The Daijiten Exhibition Audio Guides are commentaries on the displays at the Nisio Isin Daijiten Exhibition, written by Nisio Isin, and read by the anime and commercial voice actors for a few characters from the Monogatari Series, Zaregoto Series, Forgetful Detective Series, and the Saikyou Series. They were distributed through an MP3 player to any attendees who paid an additional fee upon entry. While limited transcripts have been found, the majority are still missing, and no copies of the audio tracks have been found online.[1]

Only three were released; one between Koyomi Araragi and Shinobu Oshino from the Monogatari Series, one between Ii-chan and Kunagisa Tomo from the Zaregoto Series, plus one between Kyouko Okitegami from the Forgetful Detective Series and Jun Aikawa from the Saikyou Series.

Availability

For all of the released guides, the audio was only available by visiting the exhibition in person, and paying a fee upon entry. An MP3 player of the visitor's choice would be provided, to be returned upon leaving the exhibition, with which they could play and replay segments of the guide at their leisure. A transcript for one of the audio guides, between Kyouko Okitegami and Jun Aikawa, was printed in all of the pamphlets provided at the event.

Search

After a brief search in August of 2022 which ended once the exhibition's pamphlet was obtained, a more extensive search started in March 2023, when it was discovered that the pamphlets only contained a transcript of the audio guide between Kyouko and Jun. While this later search has so far found some related materials, nothing substantial has been uncovered from the audio guides themselves yet; aside from some summaries and brief quotes located on a few blogs reviewing the exhibition.[2][3][4]
