Who might have the tape

I think the only person who might still have a copy of that 2 Hours of Fun tape is OttoBunstick, because part of the English episode was sourced from a VHS and the episode he uploaded was on that tape. I wonder if there is anyway to get in touch with him about it. I don't know if a company like Network could release the series on DVD much like the Rupert Bear and Cloppa Castle series or even if the original negatives or decent prints still exist.
