An Amature Analysis of "The DBZ Episode"

So I have an analysis of "I've Been Practicing" (the DBZ episode), the series is based on 2 11-minute segments, but the 2 other episodes requested are 11-minute Bravo Dooby Doo and 7-minute Rhapsody Rabbit, meaning there was 4 minutes of air time to fill. I believe that this is why there is 30 seconds of DBZ sped-up with all the request bits in tact. As for why this happened so early, maybe this was so they wouldn't get requests for 30 minute cartoons (explain early so kids understand).
