Fraidy Cat is a cancelled Disney film that was directed by John Musker and Ron Clements.[1] Character and background designs were done by Andreas Deja, Harald Siepermann, and Hans Bacher. The movie was to be released in 2009, but was shelved in 2005. It was allegedly a satire of a Hitchcock noir film.

The initial story-reel was presented in May 2004, but David Stainton, then president of Walt Disney Feature Animation, wouldn't agree to release the movie because he did not see it as marketable to a general audience.
