Super 8 horror film made by Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain and bassist Krist Novoselic in 1984 in their hometown of Aberdeen, WA.

The short film has been circulating among Nirvana fans before making its way onto the internet Pre-LMW and the film was recently featured in the 2014 documentary ''Cobain: Montage of Heck''. The film is under 10 mins long and has no narrative but is rather a montage of odd and creepy visuals such as Krist Novoselic shirtless in the middle of pentagram with a Mr. T mask, Kurt Cobain stabbing a dog, and a scene of Kurt Cobain cutting and stabbing himself with a knife: this scene is where the video gets its name.

Kurt's Bloody Suicide is the unofficial name given to a short homemade shot-on-Super 8 horror film made by Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and bassist Krist Novoselic in 1984 in their hometown of Aberdeen, WA.[1]

The short film has been circulating among Nirvana fans before making its way onto the internet and the film was recently featured in the 2014 documentary Cobain: Montage of Heck.
