Napalm Death (partially lost demo tracks from grindcore metal band; 1980s)
Napalm Death is an British Grindcore/Death Metal band from Birmingham, West Midlands. Formed in 1981 the band started as a Hardcore Punk band with Nicholas Bullen but after the join of Justin Broadrick the band started to made a more extreme and fast sound that still on the present days. from 1982 to 1986 the band appeared in some Punk compilation albums and recorded 7 demo tapes with on 2 of them being fully available online. After the exit of Mick Harris in 1991 the band has no members from the original lineup.

Halloween (1982)
In 1982, Napalm Death did their first demo. the band only send the tapes to friends in a C30 format, with a cover made by Nicholas Bullen.
"Punk is a Rotting Corpse" is the first music ever made by the Group.

Also in 1982, their released a second demo. the demo was released by Obituary Tapes a label from Obituary Fanzine. The title of the recording is a paraphrase of a phrase from the text The Holy Bible of the Christian religion (Isaiah 53:6). the tapes had a C40 cassette format and also had a cover by Nicholas Bullen

Unpopular Yawns of Middle Class Warfare (1983)
Also in 1983, Napalm Death made their fourth demo. the tape also never had a official release and it was only released to friends. The title is a parody of the slogan "Popular Yarns of Class Warfare" used by various Extreme Punk groups.
The demo as a untitled instrumental song with was probrably made by Finbar Quinn the bass player and back vocalist in the demo.
Caught in a Dream is the oldest song to appears in their first album released 'Scum' in 1987 but the version in this demo is different from that appears in the album.

Hatred Surge (1985)
After a 2 years hiatus in 1985 the band released their fifth demo. this demo has is the first to have a more extreme sound, 4 of the 9 tracks appears on 'Scum'.
Cheswick Green is a different version of the Glue Bag Song, the instrumental is the same but the lyrics are different.

From Enslavement to Obliteration (1986)
This demo is the sixth demo recorded by the band in 1986 and also has the same name that their second album released in 1988. according to Nicholas Bullen this was made without his permission.
This is the first apparence of the most famous song of the band "You suffer" but instead of have 1 second he as 7 seconds in this demo.

Scum (1986)
In This is the sixth and last demo recorded until the first album, this demo consists of the Entire Side A of scum at first the band wanted to released the 12 tracks in a split with some other band but late in the year they entered in contact with Digby Pearson, Founder of the Earache Records and in May of 1987 with a almost totally different lineup they recorded the Side B of Scum.
