Testimony (found English dub of Korean War film; 1974)

"Testimony" ("Jeungeon") is a 1974 South Korean war epic. It tells the story of several characters against the backdrop of the Korean conflict. Financed by the state and with full military support, it takes a strongly anti-Communist stance.
The film was distributed internationally with English dubbing. The only known home video release with the English dub is a Belgian VHS by GME. The tape is known to be owned by two collectors, a Youtuber "Witchtrap", who has posted two clips from it on his channel, and a British collector Bill Bennett. However, despite many requests from collectors, neither of them are willing to sell, let alone share their copies.
