"Weird Al" Yankovic (lost Missing Persons concert opening; 1982)

On April 9th, 1982, "Weird Al" Yankovic and his band opened for the new wave band "Missing Persons" at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. The crowd consisted of a rock crowd and once they saw Al with his accordion on stage, they began booing. Throughout the whole 45 minute set, everybody was yelling "Get off the stage!" and he and his band had numerous things thrown at them. And after the show when Al is walking to his car, a 12 year old kid came up and said "Are you Weird Al?" Al said "Yes" and the kid responded with "You suck!"
