Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire Versions (lost "It Takes Two" TV commercial for role-playing games; early 2000s)

Sometime between 2003-2004, a cover of Marvin Gaye and Kim Weston's hit single "It Takes Two" sung by the voice actors of Ash and Misty from the Pokémon anime rewritten to be about Double Battles, a new mechanic in the then-upcoming games Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire. Pokémon had at the time released a few soundtracks considering songs sung by the characters, but this wasn't on any of those albums. Instead, it was supposedly from a commercial that aired incredibly scarcely on Kids WB early in 2003. While the song itself can be easily found, the commercial that this song is allegedly from is completely lost with no trace of it on the internet whatsoever.
Timeframe
The commercial is speculated to have aired around March or April of 2003 due to both the release dates of Ruby and Sapphire in North America along with the fact the commercial features Misty instead of May- even though Advanced Generation had begun airing in Japan, the Gold and Silver section of the original series was still airing in the United States, and thus Misty was more relevant than May at the time.
Availability
While the song itself has been uploaded to YouTube multiple times, none of these uploads contain the supposed commercial that it was meant to air with. According to discussion on Bulbapedia's talk page for the song, it was supposedly aired 2 or 3 times on KidsWB and never during Pokémon itself. Apparently, Veronica Taylor, the voice actor of Ash in the anime, was asked about the song, her stating that the song was apparently meant for internal use only and that she was surprised it had made its way online.[1]
The site Pokémon Palace Network, or PPN, was alleged to have the commercial at one point, however, when asked about it they claimed to have lost it.[2]
