Little Big Awesome (partially found second pilot of Amazon Video children's animated series; 2016)
Little Big Awesome is a children's animated series that ran on Amazon Video from 2016-2018. The series used different kinds of animation techniques along with puppets and live-action also mixed into it. It stars 2 friends a small purple character wearing a green beanie name Lennon and a big pink blob name Gluko where they get themselves into many antics in each episode.
Pilots
The series started out as a 12 minute short released in 2010 under the title Gluko & Lennon that was pitched to different TV networks to no success. In 2016 a second pilot was developed to help pitch the show again, this time to Amazon which they ended up picking up and greenlit for their Prime Video service.[1] The pilot was an early version of the episode "What's The Bubble Trouble" with some changes the most notable being Lennon voiced by James Arnold Taylor instead of Jessica McKenna.
Status
Only a few clips of the 2016 pilot have resurfaced from a 2016 Amazon Kids demo reel. In 2022 a blogpost uploaded various screenshots of it. As of 2023 no other material from this pilot has resurfaced.
