Spider-Man (partially found Josh Keaton vocal performance of film-based superhero game; 2002)
Spider-Man is a PC/GameCube/PS2/Xbox video game loosely based on the 2002 film of the same name.[1]
Josh Keaton, who is known for voicing Spider-Man in TV shows and previous Spider-Man games, was originally cast as the title character before Tobey Maguire agreed to reprise his role for the game.[2]
Status
Keaton's original audio as Spider-Man has remained lost to the public, but some of his Spider-Man lines were re-used when Keaton was cast as Harry Osborn in an unlockable version of the game where the player can play as the Green Goblin. Spider-Man and Harry Osborn/Green Goblin sometimes use the same lines and phrases throughout the levels of the game, particularly while fighting enemies.
On May 20th, 2018, a video from YouTuber Jake Rutigliano showcased lines that Josh Keaton performed as the Green Goblin, but unbeknownst to most people, snippets of Josh Keaton's performance as Spider-Man can be heard as well.
