The Menu(《报菜名》)is a famous crosstalk in China.The story told a poor man who was rich met a folk,then he cheat the folk to buy the dishes.

The special of the crosstalk is it has "Guankou"[1]in the crosstalk.It remains all the dishes in Man-Han banquet(108 dishes total)

The Halal version is created by Ma Sanli.

History

Ma Sanli is a master of crosstalk in Tianjin.He is a Muslim.And there are some non-Halal dishes in Man-Han banquet.So he create a Halal version's The menu.

This version's crosstalk perform few and didn't famous than classic version.So not many people remember this.

The reason of lost

Ma Sanli's son:Ma Zhiming is a master of crosstalk too.His father gave the dialogue of the crosstalk to him.But he never perform it because this Halal version didn't as famous as classic version.

In 1960s.Ma Sanli burnt the dialogue.So we never can see this version's The menu.
