The Toy Symphony is a 1994, British, holiday/Christmas, musical, family, children's animated, TV special. Production was by Comtec for Castle Communications and it aired on the BBC. In the U.S., it was released the next year on VHS as part of the Storyteller's Classics series. A little girl named Lucy looks for something to put on top of her Christmas tree on Christmas Eve. It turns out that she may have found that perfect something: A singing, mechanical, silver nightingale. But Lucy's thrilled mood changes when the bird has lost its singing voice. In secret, Lucy's toys come alive and they decide to help by going out to search for Jack Frost, as nobody else but he can restore the nightingale's singing voice. But before he can do that, Jack needs the toys to fetch the ingredients needed in order for that to work. Once that's accomplished, the toys return home to Lucy, the silver, mechanical nightingale's vocals are restored, and it ends up being placed atop the Christmas tree after all. There doesn't seem to be a trace of any of this for viewing online, not even a clip.
