Yanbō Ninbō Tonbō (ヤンボウ ニンボウ トンボウ) is a Japanese anime series based on a radio drama broadcast in the 1950s, produced by Studio Korumi and Image K. It consists of 39 episodes and was broadcast on NHK BS2 from April 5, 1995 to January 24, 1996.
The story is about three white monkey brothers, Yanbō, Ninbō, and Tonbō, who travel from the Land of Tigers (China) to the West (India) to meet their parents.

On home media, Vap released all 19 volumes[1] on VHS, but they are currently out of print and hard to find. In addition, from 1996 to 1998, 15 children's books were published by Rironsha, using material from anime series.

Note
- The origin of the series is based on The Three Mulla Mulgars, a fairy tale published in 1910 by the English poet and novelist Walter de la Mare.
- Based on the anime series Yanbō Ninbō Tonbō no Kōtsū Anzen (ヤンボウ ニンボウ トンボウの交通安全), a short traffic safety film was produced in both VHS and 16mm formats and is still in the collection of local educational associations in Japan. The story is about Yanbō, Ninbō, Tonbō, and Fox who accidentally travel back in time to modern Japan, where they learn traffic safety. The film is not available online, making it impossible to watch.
