Sweet Power was a planned French animated television series that was going to be a co-production between Zagtoon, Inspidea, and Studio Hibari.

A pilot was confirmed to be created and was shown at MIPCOM 2009.[1][2] However, for unknown reasons, the project is unable to get greenlighted into a full-fledged series.

On April 19, 2010, an Animation Insider article shared a link to a trailer (presumably the full pilot) on PhotoBucket by the author Aaron H. Bynum.[3] However, the trailer ended up lost after the PhotoBucket account got deleted.

Since then, the pilot hasn't resurfaced anywhere, online or otherwise. Instead, only a few concept art for it managed to resurface online.

Production

In October 2011, a Syndicat des Producteurs de Films d'Animation (SpfA) newsletter revealed a promotional poster for the project. However, it is currently the only known promo art to surface online and it's in a low-quality.[4]

Seven concept arts were originally featured on the official ZAG website in 2012. However, four of them are currently lost. Only three concept art from the website managed to resurface via elfgrove on Tumblr.[5]

In December 2010, Benjamin Labruyere shared concept art for the background of the series via his Blogspot.[6]

In 2012, Myriam Fourati, an intern at ZAG Entertainment, created concept art for characters in the planned series called Fruitbots.[7]
