The PSA features Enteng Ebak throws pesky garbage in the river, from his house creating the particles of cholera which has spread from the river to the plants, and the garbage, then a animated fly infects the rice, a spoon and a water on a cup. A entire family taking a table food but a father, a grandma and a boy had taken a lunch with cholera infected, then a kid had infected with stomach ache, a mom taking care of a father infecting Diarrhea, and a patient infected with titus had taken to the ambulance. The commercial ends with a shot of the ambulance with a title card saying "GUMAMIT NG MALINIS NA PALIKURAN NG SAKIT AY MAIWASAN" (USE CLEAN TOILET DISEASE IS PREVENTED).

Here is the transcript of the PSA:

Announcer: WANTED!

(Looking for the dreaded Enteng Ebak. Breathing brings germs to the surface everywhere. Ebak to be touched and infested with flies that in turn land on food, and kitchen utensils. Ebak with germs quickly, move to humans. So many suffer from stomach worms, diarrhea, and titus. Don't be like Enteng Ebak! "USE A CLEAN TOILET CAN PREVENT DISEASE.")

For descending clean, nicknamed Enteng Ebak for "News of Nature".
Enteng Ebak: Bayan!

(Country! Is a dirty toilet a problem for you? If now, shine! Just hide in the toilet. Do not throw paper and hard objects in the toilet. Pour water that does not smell and flies. The result is, and should be, wash your hands immediately! "Remember! Keep the toilet clean to prevent illness.")
