Noli De Castro, known professionally as "Kabayan" Noli De Castro is a Filipino broadcaster, working for ABS-CBN as the host of TV Patrol (1992-2001, 2010-present) and Magandang Gabi, Bayan (1988-2003). He also serves as the senator from 2001 to 2004.

In 2004, he was announced that they will run as a vice presidential candidate under the coalition named "Koalisyon ng Katapatan at Karanasan sa Kinabukasan (K4)" as a independent candidate and running mate of incumbent president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, and he did made a successful bid in the vice presidential elections on May 10, 2004. Coincide with his campaign, a set of election ads were aired in 2004.

Variants

Each commercial ends with the graphic saying "ANG BOSES NG BAYAN KABAYAN NOLI DE CASTRO VICE PRESIDENT" appearing in the yellow background and the voiceover saying ""Kabayan" Noli De Castro, Ang Boses ng Bayan" followed by Noli himself saying "Karanalang po ang maglikod sa yo, Bayan."
