Since modern software and in rare cases websites offer you to convert videos into image files (jpg, png, tiff and gif) I would suggest you guys use DVDVideoSoft's "Free JPG to Video Converter" on both Max Headroom TV Hijacking/Hacking videos by using a website to convert YouTube videos into any video codec format (AVI, MP4, WMV, MKV etc.) and use the program to extract frames from the videos to debunk any claims that both videos even use the same footage.
